CTI Hospitality, Inc. is a National millwork & casework company based out of Wisconsin, focusing on Hotel Interior Packages. With over 30 years in business, CTI has the expertise and experience to satisfy our most discerning clients. We have supplied millwork and casework to almost every major hotel brand nationwide, from Best Western to Hilton Garden Inn.
We supply Complete, Pre-finished millwork packages, which are pre-assembled as much as possible. Our scope routinely includes: front desk and lobby area including seating, curved walls, bars, fireplaces, breakfast buffets, guest room wet bars and closets, employee break room, food prep area, handrail and all running trim i.e., crown, base, chair rail, and more.
We know the “standard” colors and construction of millwork for the hospitality industry and beyond. This helps with estimating, shop drawings, approvals, building, and on-time delivery. Millwork is just 1-3% of overall hotel budgets, yet this small percentage is responsible for 80% of a guest’s first minute in the hotel. We strive to put that “WOW” factor into every piece of material that comes to your hotel. We recognize that first impressions are important.

CTI Hospitality, Inc continually strives to use the most environmentally friendly products available to reduce impact on the environment and individuals. We use water based finishes and the majority of our bonding agents for composite wood products contain no added urea formaldehyde. Recycling and reuse are high priorities for us as a company.
